The company already has begun work on the Lancaster County road construction project.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation earlier this month awarded Moon-based Michael Baker Corp. a $2.2 million transportation contract.
The contract includes seven construction projects in Lancaster County that combined cost $22 million.
The projects will be ongoing for the next three years and will include bridge replacements, pavement overlays and roadway realignments, according to a company statement. The company also will be charged with closing two railroad crossings in the project.
