Michael Baker Corp. Hires New CAO

Moon-based Michael Baker Corporation has appointed a new chief administration officer. 

The company announced Michael Zugay will now serve as the CAO of the company in addition to his current positions of executive vice president and chief financial officer. 

In his new role, Zugay, who is a CPA, will be responsible for managing and controlling all company costs, according to a company news release. 

Prior to joining the Baker Corporation in 2009, Zugay served as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the iGate Corporation.
