Moon Flight Car and Dog Wash Opens Today

Owner Eric Wroblewski describes it as a unique fusion. 

It's a car wash where dog owners can also bathe their pets and grab a cup of coffee, too.

And today, , located on the corner of University Boulevard and Stoops Ferry Road, will officially open its doors. The business was originally slated to open earlier this month.

"We feel it's one of the most unique businesses you can find around here," Wroblewski said. "You can stop in and wash your car but also wash your dog as well." 

The car and dog wash is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The drive-through coffee shop is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. 

The business is not affiliated with the former Moon Flight Coffee and Tea House, which closed its Beaver Grade Road location in 2009.

"The equipment that we have for the dog and car wash is really cutting edge," Wroblewski said.
