Moon Man Charged with Heroin Possession

made the following recent arrests and responded to the following incidents in the township. Each item is a reflection of police records and does not indicate guilt or a conviction. 

• James Richard Kernick, 21, of Moon Township, was charged with heroin posession, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia April 9 in connection to an Aug. 31, 2011 incident. 

• Nicholas Andrew Constantini, 27, of West Virginia, was charged with simple assault and harrassment at 2 a.m. April 8 at the 200 block of Moon Clinton Road. 

• Lesley Adele Hammerly, 27, of Imperial, was charged with simple assault and harrassment at 2 a.m. April 8 at the 200 block of Moon Clinton Road. 

• Shanay Labree Grayson, 21, Pittsburgh, was charged with retail theft at 4:20 p.m. on Market Place Boulevard. Grayson is accused of attempting to shoplift $204-worth of items from Super Kmart.
