Moon Police Charge Two with Kmart Theft

Moon Police Blotter for Tuesday, Aug. 2.

 made the following arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt. 

 

  • Luann M. Chester, 35, of Moon, was charged Aug. 1 with identity theft, theft by deception and forgery. Police said Chester forged a signature and other information in order to open a Verizon Triple Play broadband package for an amount of $514.

  • Kristi Elizabeth McWilliams, 32, of Midland, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and following a vehicle too closely at 11:30 p.m. July 29 at the intersection of Stoops Ferry and Shafer roads. 

 

  • Abilova Aizada, 21, of Moon, was charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy at 5 p.m. July 27 at  on Beaver Grade Road. Police said she attempted to remove toiletries and cosmetics valued at $292 from the store in her purse. Police took her to the Allegheny County Jail following the incident; her bail was listed as $4,500.

  • Gaukhar Rysbay, 20, of Moon, was charged with retail theft and two counts of criminal conspiracy at 5 p.m. July 27 at on Beaver Grade Road. Police said she attempted to remove toiletries and cosmetics valued at $141 from the store in her purse. She was taken to the Allegheny County Jail following the incident; her bail was listed as $4,000.
