Moon Residents Charged with Theft Face Hearings

 have charged the following defendants, and they are scheduled for preliminary hearings Aug. 2 at Murray's court in Coraopolis:

• Brandi Shriver, 32, of Burgettown was charged with theft by unlawful taking May 22 in Moon. 

• Tammy Mae Gangliero, 54, of Moon was charged with theft of property and receiving stolen property Aug. 5 in Moon. 

• Michael Ian Gilbert, 39, of Moon was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, being a habitual offender, driving at an unsafe speed and driving with a suspended license July 5 in Moon.

• Oman Alkhateeb, 25, of Moon was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substanced, driving with proper vehicle registration, driving with a suspended licence June 28 in Moon.
