Planning Commission Looks At Auto Body Business Renovations

The commission looked at several upcoming developments along University Boulevard at its meeting Tuesday evening. 

• Moon Township Auto Body presented its application to renovate its current facility at 5604 University Blvd.
• The commission heard a preliminary application for a new AutoZone location on University Blvd. 
• The commission heard an update on the construction of a combined support maintenance shop on the Army National Guard base. Planning director Adam McGurk said the National Guard will present plans for the new structure at next month's meeting. 
• The West Nissan Service Garage presented plans for an addition onto its garage, currently located at 7900 University Boulevard.
