Coraopolis Man Charged with Writing Bad Checks

made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.
- A wallet and several credit cards were reported missing from a Hyundai Santa Fe parked at 11:50 p.m. July 14 along Montour Run Road.
- An iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 6 p.m. July 14 on College Park Drive.

- Darryl James Maurer, 21, of Moon, was charged with simple assault on July 15 in the 200 block of Moon Clinton Road. He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail following the arrest.
- Randy Lee Rudski, 27, of Coraopolis, was charged July 11 with eight counts of writing bad checks. A summons has been issued for his arrest.

- Stereo equipment and speakers were reported stolen from a Hyundai Accent parked at 5 p.m. July 13 on Colony West Drive.
