Police Make Arrests for Simple Assault, Drunken Driving

Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

• Juanitta Maria Haynes, 43, of Moon, was charged with making false reports to law enforcement and falsely incriminating another at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at 297 Oak Drive.
• Marco Antonio Lodovico, 20, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and underage drinking at 2:46 p.m. Feb. 3 on Carnot Road. 
• Jack Daquila Higgins, 27, of Pittsburgh, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 7 on the Interstate 376 Business Loop near Ewing Road. 
• Jessica Ann Aiello, 23, of Moon was charged with simple assault at 7 p.m. on Feb. 4 on Spring Run Road. 
• Gary John Aiello, 46, was charged with simple assault at 7 p.m. on Feb. 4 on Spring Run Road.
