Police Make Weekend Arrests for Public Drunkenness, DUI

- Darren Kuhl, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3 a.m. Sunday at the .Â
- John Charles Hricik, 59, of Pittsburgh, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 16 percent or higher Friday on University Boulevard. The time of the arrest was not available.Â
- Nicholas Foster, 35, of Pittsburgh, was charged with public drunkeness at 5 p.m. Saturday on Montour Run Road. Police were responding to reports of "people throwing things at each other" in the Montour Run creek, according to a police report.Â
- Richard Ian Michael, 26, of Clearfield, was charged with public drunkeness at 5 p.m. Saturday at on University Boulevard.Â
