Two Moon Youth Wrestlers Compete in State Tournament
Nick Acuna and Nathan Barcaskey placed in the state championships.
Two Moon Youth Wrestlers took part in the 2013 Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling State Championship Tournament on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 in Harrisburg.
Nick Acuna, a seventh-grader at Moon Area Middle School, finished in sixth place overall in the "12 & Under 100 Pounds" division.
Nathan Barcaskey, a ninth-grader at Moon Area High School, finished in eighth place in the "14 & Under 167 Pounds" division.

The tournament consisted of 10 rounds of wrestling in three separate
sessions over the course of the two days.
