Utility Work Will Stop Route 22/30 Traffic Sunday in Robinson Township

Crews will be installing fiber optic cable over the highway.

Traffic in both directions on the Route 22/30 (Lincoln Highway) in Robinson Township will be stopped briefly Sunday morning, Aug. 4, weather permitting.

According to PennDOT, stoppage of approximately 15 minutes will occur between the Montour Church Road/Old Steubenville Pike interchange and the I-376 Parkway West interchange. The stoppage will occur between 9 and 9:30 a.m. 

Crews will be installing fiber optic cable over Route 22/30. PennDOT is not involved in the project.

Motorists are advised to use caution and expect to stop when traveling through the area. Delays should be expected.
