• New Kensington Elks Lodge will remain closed until February, hearing postponed (wpxi.com) — A New Kensington bar, the Elks Lodge, will stay closed at least until Feb. 10 after a judge postponed a hearing on the district attorney’s request to shut it down. The closure follows a Dec. 5 shooting there that killed a man, with another man charged in connection. The lodge remains padlocked while the case moves through court.
