Bucks Co. Restaurant Introduces Happy Meal, New Bar Menu

Stella of New Hope is rolling out a refresh of its bar menu complete with new elevated snacks and bites from Executive Chef Keith Bernstein, plus its first-ever Adult Happy Meal.

Available starting on Tuesday, March 11 at 4 p.m., the new bar menu will be offered nightly during dinner service at Stella’s cozy 12-seat bar, boasting a selection of dishes from the regular dinner menu, plus some bites exclusively available at the bar. The full menu includes:

• Oysters on the Half (MP) — Seasonal granita, mignonette, house-made cocktail sauce, lemon
• Artisanal Cheese Plate ($19) — Point Reyes Farmstead Bay Blue, truffle honey, apricot salt, Beecher’s Flagship Cheddar, balsamic and fig mustard, Beemster Aged Goat Gouda, black cherry confit, rosemary crackers
• Burrata & Local Fruit ($17) — Asian pears, figs, mizuna, spiced walnuts, pomegranate seeds, mulled cider apple sauce, cider vinaigrette, Black Sea salt, balsamic, toasted crostini
• Moroccan Cauliflower ($16) — Ras el hanout infused butter, date purée, toasted almonds, golden raisins
• Short Rib Wontons ($20) — Garlic chili crisp, watermelon radish, pickled red onion, Dr. Pepper miso, crispy lotus root
• Traditional or Parmesan Pommes Frites ($8/$9) — Served with choice of truffle aioli, sambal aioli or curry ketchup
• Wagyu Burger ($24) — Creamy brie, pork belly fig jam, arugula, pickled red onion, on a brioche bun, served with pommes frites

Additionally, on Tuesdays to Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m., bar guests can enjoy an Adult Happy Meal featuring the viral pairing that has taken social media by storm: fries and a martini. For those looking for an alternative beverage, the Stella bar team will have multiple Adult Happy Meal options, all served with traditional or parmesan pommes frites with choice of truffle aioli, sambal aioli,
or curry ketchup:

• Boardroom Gin or Vodka martini ($20)
• 6oz Sangiovese blend wine ($20)
• Yard’s Pale Ale draft ($15)
