Community Invited To Take 'Sneak Peek' At The Birches At New Hope
Opening this fall, the new senior living community invites the public to be among the first to step inside.

NEW HOPE, PA — The Birches at New Hope, a brand-new personal care and memory care community, is almost ready. Join the staff at the Birches for an exclusive first look on Thursday, Aug. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at 6554 Lower York Road.
Opening this fall, the senior living community invites the public to be among the first to step inside. Guests will be able to tour the beautifully designed common areas, explore a model apartment, and enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

The Birches at New Hope will feature 62 personal care and 31 memory care apartments, including availability for couples and companions. Taking residency does not require a large buy-in fee, with monthly rent costs covering a host of amenities: 24-hour personal care assistance, medication management, three chef-prepared meals a day, a life enrichment program, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation to medical appointments and group outings, maintenance, utilities, and more.
