Lanes To Close In New Hope, Solebury Starting Next Week
PECO will be doing pole replacements along Lower York, Durham and River roads from next week through June.
NEW HOPE, PA — Lanes will be closed on three New Hope and Solebury roadways starting next week for work by PECO Energy. The daytime closures are expected to run through June.
The lane closures will start Monday, Feb. 8, on Lower York Road, Rt. 413 (Durham Road) and River Road (Rt. 32). They will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through June, PennDOT announced.
Crews from PECO will be doing pole replacements in the area, PennDOT said.

The work locations are:
- U.S. 202 (Lower York Road), between Sugan Road and Rt. 32 (River Road) in Solebury Township and New Hope Borough
- Rt. 413 (Durham Road) between Lower Mountain Road and New Road in Buckingham Township
- Rt. 32 (River Road) between Chapel Road and Route 232 (Windy Bush Road) in Solebury Township and New Hope Borough
Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time when traveling through those areas because backups and delays could occur. The schedule will depend upon the weather.
