​Maintenance Work To Impact Several Bucks County Roadways

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Maintenance activities are scheduled on several state highways in
Solebury, Tinicum and Plumstead townships during the month of October. Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

  • Greenhill Road will be closed between Sugan Road and Mechanicsville Road in Solebury Township for pipe replacement. The work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 8 and continue through Friday, October 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Mechanicsville Road and Sugan Road.
  • Route 32 (River Road) will be closed weekdays between Dark Hollow Road and Point Pleasant Pike in Tinicum and Plumstead townships for mechanical patching. The work is scheduled to begin Wednesday, October 9 and continue through Wednesday, October 16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Dark Hollow Road, Route 413 (Durham Road) and Point Pleasant Pike.
  • Route 32 (River Road) will be closed between Point Pleasant Pike and Greenhill Road in Plumstead and Solebury townships for mechanical patching. The work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, Oct. 17 and continue on Friday, Oct. 18. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Point Pleasant Pike, Route 413 (Durham Road), Mechanicsville Road, and Greenhill Road.

Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
