NEW HOPE, PA — Recently, the New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Company decided to introduce community members to Boone, Elijah, and Poutine: three essential members of the staff.

These dogs are family members of volunteer firefighters on the team. They help out by being very good boys and girls.

Boone is a 13-year-old German Shepard and aspiring K9 police dog.

Newfoundland Poutine has a parent with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

And last but not least, baby Elijah is a Border Collie owned by one of the Eagle's newest volunteers.
