New Hope Firefighters Battle New Jersey Wildfire
The department's Field 46 unit joined departments from four counties and the New Jersey Forest Service to battle Saturday's blaze.

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — New Hope's Eagle Fire Company responded to a large brush fire on Saturday near Poor Farm and Woosamosa roads in Hopewell Township, New Jersey.
The department's Field 46 unit joined departments from four counties and the New Jersey Forest Service to battle the blaze. Additional personnel from New Hope were on standby at Station 46.
"Please avoid any outdoor fires until weather conditions improve," posted the firefighters on Facebook. "Any fires that start will spread quickly due to low humidity and winds."
