STOCKTON, N.J. — In celebration of Mother's Day Northridge Restaurant located at the historic Woolverton Inn will be serving a special three-course prix fixe brunch for $55 per person at Northridge Restaurant
On Sunday, May 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., patrons will enjoy a relaxing brunch crafted by Executive Chef Lance Knowling, featuring elegant comfort food and vibrant spring flavors sourced from the Delaware River Valley. Coffee and tea are included, and reservations can be made via OpenTable. Please note, the restaurant is BYOB.
Brunch will begin with an assortment of fresh-baked biscuits with local honey butter, scones, and croissants, followed by a choice of starters like Duck & Waffle with slow-cooked duck marmalade, a fresh Spring Pea Soup with ricotta dumplings, or a bright Spring Lettuce Salad.

Entrées range from Grilled Lamb Chops with goat cheese potato pancakes to chef’s signature chicken & waffles with maple pecan drizzle or a salmon eggs benedict topped with brown butter aioli. For dessert, options include a vibrant lemon thyme panna cotta, a rich chocolate parfait, or blueberry shortcake.
