NEW HOPE, PA - Tuesday is expected to bring more rain and thunderstorms to the New Hope region, but how much precipitation did we get from the weekend’s storms?
According to the National Weather Service, the New Hope area saw about 1.03 inches of rainfall over the last 24 hours.
Northampton saw some of the highest rainfall totals over the weekend according to the National Weather Service, with over 4.15 inches of rainfall near Martins Creek as of Sunday afternoon. Parts of Lehigh, Chester, Monroe and Montgomery counties all saw over 2 inches of rainfall.

The region is poised to see a chance of showers Tuesday afternoon through the evening, according to the National Weather Service. Otherwise, the forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high near 90.
