NEWTOWN, PA — In response to the abrupt closures of Iron Hill Brewery locations, the Pennsylvania Attorney General is advising consumers who bought unused gift cards to dispute those purchases with their credit card company and consider filing a complaint with the AG's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Iron Hill Brewery recently closed all of its restaurant locations, including its Village at Newtown location, with little notice and subsequently filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in New Jersey.

The Office Attorney General said it is closely monitoring the situation and continues to field consumer complaints regarding unused gift cards and loyalty/rewards program balances.
