Apple Jam Concert To Fund Scholarships At Bucks Community College

The concert fundraiser is set to run from 2-7 p.m. Sunday at The Barn on Snipes Farm in Morrisville.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Danny DeGennaro Foundation is set to host a concert fundraiser Sunday to support music and art scholarships at Bucks County Community College.

The inaugural Apple Jam is scheduled to run from 2-7 p.m. Sunday at The Barn on Snipes Farm, 890 W. Bridge St. in Morrisville.

The concert will feature performances by Allman Brothers tribute band Live at the Fillmore, country band Jim Mitchell and the Repeat Offenders, former “America’s Got Talent” and “The X Factor” contestant Laura Fiocco, and 16-year-old singer Sara Nicole and The Deal Breakers.

The event will also feature a cash bar and food from DeLorenzo’s The Burg, which will also donate a portion of its proceeds to the Danny DeGennaro Foundation.

Tickets are still available for Sunday’s fundraiser. Guests can buy tickets in advance of the event for $25 each. Tickets will cost $30 at the door.

The Danny DeGennaro Foundation was established in 2014 to honor the life and talents of the Levittown singer, songwriter and musician. Its mission is to “build a legacy to last forever” through scholarships for aspiring musicians and artists.

The foundation has been awarding scholarships to Bucks County Community College students since 2015.
