Gym To Open In Newtown, Partnering with Breast Cancer Nonprofit
Ignite Fitness will have its 'PINK OUT' grand opening on Oct. 30 in support of Unite for HER, a West Chester-based breast cancer nonprofit.
NEWTOWN, PA — Ignite Fitness will be hosting its grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 30, in partnership with Unite for HER, a breast cancer nonprofit organization based in West Chester.
The 'PINK OUT' grand opening and charity event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m., followed by sample fitness classes, raffles, and merchandise for sale to benefit the gym and the nonprofit.
Unite for HER was chosen by event co-host Daughter's Defense, a Bucks County charity organization that works to raise awareness of breast cancer in order to help this affected by it.

“We’ve both seen first-hand what a cancer diagnosis can do to someone’s spirit," said Jamie Anhalt, co-founder of Daughter's Defense.
"For this reason, we have teamed up with Ignite Fitness to support Unite for HER. With Ignite Fitness lifting the spirits of so many local men and women through exercise and wellness, we felt partnering with them for this event was a phenomenal opportunity.”
