Hour-By-Hour Forecast For Halloween Storm In Pennsylvania
When might there be a break from the storm so kids can safely trick-or-treat? See the hour-by-hour forecast here:
PENNSYLVANIA — A storm system expected to move into the area on Halloween could come with thunderstorms and strong winds of up to 50 mph, the National Weather Service said in a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued Wednesday.
But the timing of the storm may offer a respite for trick-or-treaters, forecasters say.
As of Wednesday morning, the Weather Service says Halloween will be mostly cloudy and breezy with rain showers that will taper off in the afternoon. Then, there will be a "lull in showers" during the late afternoon and evening, "especially along and south/east of I-95."
