The winners are:
- Nicole Leilani for her incredible Salmon Cheesesteak with Truffle Fries. The Salmon Cheesesteak: Tender, flaky salmon seared with sautéed onions, spinach, and peppers, smothered in melted Cooper sharp cheese, and served on a toasted roll with our zesty house-made garlic aioli. Comes with a side of crispy, aromatic truffle fries.

- Nadine Simantov for her fragrant and flavorful Thai Mussels. Thai Mussels features Plump, tender mussels sautéed with garlic and red peppers, then simmered in a rich, house-made coconut curry broth with a splash of white wine. A fresh garnish of cilantro, chives, and serrano pepper provides a vibrant finish.
