Mack won a two-year seat in the 2017 election. Fisher was appointed to the board in 2018 to fill the remaining term of Democrat Jen Dix, who moved out of the township.
Butler, who has lived in the township for 25 years, and Boyle, a Marine veteran, ran on a platform of curbing overdevelopment and keeping taxes low.
Incumbents Mack and Fisher cited fiscal responsibility and support for emergency services among their recent local achievements.
"The current board majority in Newtown has restored dedicated funding to emergency services. We have secured state grants to replace three police vehicles and to expand our economic development efforts. We have re-instituted a dormant township road-repaving program. We have reinitiated a finance committee to help us transition to a five-year budgetary cycle," the pair says on their campaign website.
