Fentanyl Seized During Traffic Stop In Upper Makefield

The driver was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance in addition to several motor vehicle violations.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A driver is facing drug possession and related charges after a traffic stop Sunday night on Woodhill Road near Davis Drive.

According to police, officers stopped a vehicle for numerous motor vehicle violations, including driving under a suspended license.

During an investigation, police discovered and seized several baggies of fentanyl. The driver was arrested and his car was impounded by police.

The driver was charged with possession of a controlled substance and related charges in addition to the motor vehicle violations.
