WASHINGTON CROSSING, PA — The Washington Crossing Bridge is set to be shut down for several hours Monday while crews repaint the yellow center line across the bridge.
The closure is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday in both directions across the bridge that connects Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to Mercer County, New Jersey, according to officials from the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
Drivers who need to cross the river should use the Scudder Falls (I-295) Toll Bridge 2.5 miles south of the Washington Crossing Bridge or the New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge about 7 miles north.
