Bridge Work Scheduled On 422 Next Week
The Turnpike Commission aims to widen and improve bridges around the 422 area.

UPPER MERION, PA — Overhead bridge work will continue on Route 422 in Montgomery and Chester counties next week, potentially leading to additional delays.
Work will impact parts of both Upper Merion and Tredyffrin townships.
On Monday, June 10, from 3 a.m. to 6 p.m., a single eastbound lane will be closed from 1st Avenue to U.S. 202 for equipment mobilization, officials said.

Then on Thursday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the northbound right lane of N. Gulph Road will be closed between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202 for bridge construction.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission project aims to widen and improve the bridges in the area, located between mileposts 324 and 326.
