UPPER MERION, PA — A husky was found in Upper Merion on Tuesday and police are asking for the public's help in finding the owners.
The dog was picked up on Caley Road, and was wearing a distinctive, sky blue collar with lobsters on it.
The husky is now at Montgomery County SPCA in Conshohocken.
