NORRISTOWN, PA — Markley Street will be shut down overnight in Norristown next month as construction work get underway.

The closure will be in place from Monday, April 7 through Thursday, April 10 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The Norristown Municipal Waste Authority will be completing sewer repairs at that time.

A detour will be in place taking drivers to Dekalb Pike, Dekalb Street, and Johnson Highway.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
