With the prevalence of autism rising to 1 in 36 nationally and 1 in 35 in New Jersey, the demand for services has never been higher, and NeurAbilities’ diagnostic and ABA centers help identify and serve children with autism among other neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders.
“A clear priority to me moving forward is further identifying opportunities to provide our breadth of services to more patients,” Holstein shares. “Prioritizing high quality patient care is a way to support our surrounding communities while growing our business.”
Holstein believes that quality care and business success are not mutually exclusive, but rather go hand in hand. With plans to continue pursuing the many accolades that NeurAbilities has frequently been recognized for, Holstein also emphasizes the importance of celebrating the day-to-day accomplishments within the organization.
“Being recognized as a Top Workplace is always great, but when we are acknowledged for things like our purpose and values, that is truly exceptional because those affirm the team’s commitment to our patients.”
Between 2020 and 2023, NeurAbilities opened 14 ABA centers to complement its 3 diagnostic centers and serve children with autism and other behavioral concerns. Under Holstein’s new leadership, NeurAbilities Healthcare continues to transform the lives of patients with a breadth of neurological and behavioral services, currently employing more than 680 team members in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
