Pothole Repair Underway On Montgomery Co. Highways

Winter weather has wreaked havoc on 422, Route 100, and other major roads around Montgomery County.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — With winter weather and fluctuating temperatures wreaking havoc on Philadelphia area roads, PennDOT crews will take to the region's highways this week to make repairs.

A total of more than 40 state highways will see special treatment from crews.

The following locations in Montgomery County will be repaired, according to PennDOT:

  • U.S. 202 and associated ramps in Upper Merion Township and Bridgeport Borough
  • U.S. 422 and associated ramps in Upper Merion, Lower Pottsgrove, Limerick, Upper Providence, and Lower Providence townships
  • Route 100 in Pottstown Borough, Upper Pottsgrove and Douglas townships

Travel will be restricted in areas that are being repaved, and motorists may experience minor delays in some cases.
