Reported Child Predator Still At Large

Parents urge caution as alleged child predator walks free.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Last Memorial Day, a video titled “Pred in Tears After Being Caught on the Job” began circulating online. In the footage, self-described predator catcher known as Trop Dizzy confronts an employee at a local Acme supermarket, later identified as 26 year old David Auriemma. Before the original uploads deletion, the video was viewed over 10 thousand times however now only re-uploads of the full uncut footage are available due to the channels termination from the YouTube platform. The creator accuses the man of sending inappropriate messages to someone he believed to be 15 years old, showing the camera the alleged conversation between David and the victim. A notable highlight from this original sting is still up on TropDizzy's TikTok featuring the caption "Predator Flashes Me," which would gain significant traction on that platform. Additionally, on the same platform a separate video from a female creator was upload months prior allegedly showing the man following her around a Wawa store. That video now sits at 500k likes with thousands of comments.

Following the Acme incident, Trop Dizzy along with others helping him would provide the material to Lower Providence Township Police Department, who allegedly would take the individual in for questioning, but would miraculously drop the case and let him go without any repercussions.

Residents have allegedly reported seeing the individual now working at a nearby Lidl grocery store. Several parents say they have contacted both store management and local police, claiming the store is allegedly ignoring incoming calls regarding the individual.

Police departments have long cautioned that citizen-led sting operations can interfere with official investigations, however many would argue the safety of our children is far more important and this current situation is an example of that which seems a little too local for most residents.
