KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Winterfest, one of the area's largest seasonal celebrations, is returning to King of Prussia this December.

The event that organizers describe as a "storybook winter wonderland" will be held on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a special After Dark event set for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Festivities will take place at King of Prussia Town Center.

Organizers say that Winterfest, which is free to enter, is suitable for all ages.

Activities include: photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus, custom holiday photo frames for purchase, trackless train rides, a bubble house, face painting, DJ entertainment, a choir performance from St. Patrick School of Malvern, appearances from various holiday characters, arts and crafts, and more.

After Dark, the festivities will become a happy hour tour of various participating restaurants and bars, featuring special espresso martinis.

City Works, Davio’s, Fogo de Chão, Kooma, Paladar, and others will have their own unique take on the cocktail.

A rain date is set for Dec. 14.
