Downed Tree Knocks Out Power to 100+ Customers in Ross and McCandless
Several neighborhoods near Perrymont Road are affected.
A large fallen tree branch knocked out power to more than 100 Penn Power customers in Ross Township and McCandless around 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
The tree took down a utility pole along an access road off of Kaylor Road, east of Route 19 near the Ross/McCandless border.
Utility crews estimate it will take until 8 p.m. to restore service.
