What's Closed
Town of McCandless, Marshall Township, Franklin Park, and Bradford Woods offices will be closed Thursday, as well Northland Public Library.
State offices, state liquor stores, and Pennsylvania drivers' license and photo centers will be closed.
There will be no regular mail delivery and post offices are closed.
