Coyote Sighted In Northampton Township

Police say the animal was seen roaming in the area of Bridgetown Pike and East Holland Road.

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Northampton Township Police Department announced that they received several calls about a coyote spotted in the area on Thursday.

According to police, the animal was seen roaming around the area of Bridgetown Pike and East Holland Road.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission has been notified and is currently monitoring the area.

Anyone who comes into contact with this animal is asked to not leave food for them and to keep an eye on their pets.

This sighting comes just after a coyote was spotted in Langhorne by several residents. It is believed that that coyote is responsible for the death of a local woman's puppy.
