Curb And Sidewalk Project To Impact Traffic In Northampton

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Daytime lane closures are scheduled to begin this week on 2nd Street Pike between Tanyard Road and Upper Holland Road during a PennDOT curb and sidewalk construction project.

Flaggers will be on the road directing traffic between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday only (weekdays). The work is expected to continue through June 30.

Motorists should give themselves extra time and drive with caution through the work zone. The work is weather-dependent.
