Daytime Road Work Scheduled On Worthington Mill Road

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA – Daytime milling and paving operations are scheduled Monday to Friday through May 31 on Worthington Mill Road between Route 232 (Second Street Pike) in Northampton Township and Swamp Road in Wrightstown Township.

Motorists can expect weekday periodic lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Under these resurfacing and improvement projects, PennDOT’s contractors are repairing, milling, and repaving state highways with new asphalt pavement that will seal roadways and provide motorists with a safer and smoother riding surface.
