Northampton Township, PA (July 16, 2025) - The Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority (NBCMA) is pleased to announce the launch of Phase 2 of the Navy PFAS Remediation project, made possible by funding secured from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST), to expand public water service to 334 residential properties in Northampton Township.

Phase 1 of the Navy PFAS Remediation Project is already well underway. Phase 2 includes the installation of water main extensions and connection services for homes in the Churchville Manor and Hillside Manor subdivisions, as well as select properties in the broader Churchville area that currently have access to existing water mains. In great news for residents and the community, every household identified in Phase 2 of the project qualifies for a public water connection at NO COST to the property owner.

Notices have been sent to Phase 2 property owners. A project area map was enclosed with the notice, along with a Connection Offer Letter and a Temporary Access Agreement. These documents must be completed and returned to NBCMA in order for the property to be included in the upcoming project. If a property owner has a question or needs assistance in completing the paperwork, please contact NBCMA for support as soon as possible.
