New Wawa Proposed In Holland

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A new Wawa store has been proposed in the Holland section of Northampton Township.
Township officials on Monday confirmed that developers have submitted plans for the 5,585-square-foot Wawa on a property at the intersection of Holland, Rocksville and Buck roads. The plan was submitted by Provco Pinegood Northampton, LLC.
The Wawa would have gasoline sales and there would be 50 parking spaces at the store, according to plans submitted to the township.

The plan currently is being reviewed by township staff and consultants. The Northampton Township Planning Commission will first consider the application, followed by the board of supervisors.

No meeting dates have yet been set to consider the proposal, township officials said Monday.
