Northampton Supervisors Will Discuss Proposed Wawa On Wednesday
Residents will also have the opportunity for remote public comment on the proposal, which sparked heavy debate over the summer.
HOLLAND, PA — A meeting devoted to the discussion of a proposed Wawa in Holland will take place Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The main agenda item on the docket is consideration of preliminary and final plan of subdivision and land development for the Wawa proposed by developer Provco Pinegood. The property is located at 287 Holland Road, between Buck and Rocksville roads.
The 5,585 square foot development would house a large gas canopy and multiple pumps, as well as a Wawa store. At a meeting in June, residents expressed concerns about air pollution, noise pollution, and loitering they fear the development might encourage.
