Part Of Stoneyford Rd. To Be Closed For 2-3 Weeks: Northampton PD

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Northampton Township Police Department has announced that part of Stoneyford Road will be closed starting on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 24.

The road will be closed between Buck Road and East Village Road starting on Thursday morning. The closure will be held for approximately two to three weeks, according to a statement from the police department.

The closures will last 24/7 in the coming weeks. Those who use this road on a regular basis should plan out alternative routes to avoid traffic.

It is currently unclear as to what the closures are for. The police department said they will provide updates as they receive more information from local contractors who are overseeing the road closure.
