Road Work To Continue On Route 232 In Northampton Township

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Road construction continues in September on Route 232 (2nd Street Pike) in Northampton Township under a local safety improvement project.

Motorists are advised that weekday lane closures with flagging are scheduled between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday, Sept. 1 through Tuesday, Sept. 30 on Route 232 (Second Street Pike) between Tanyard Road and Upper Holland Road for paving, line striping and signage.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
