E. Robert "Skip" Derr, Jr., 83, of Wexford, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on April 30, 1928, he is the son of the late E. Robert and Helen C. (Reed) Derr, Sr.
He was the husband for 58 years of LaVerne (Hermansdorfer) Derr; father of Cynthia (Paul L.) Derr Archer and the late Gary R. Derr; father-in-law of Heather Derr; grandfather of Michael (Suzanne), Timothy (Ruth), Nathaniel (Chloe') and the late David L. Archer and Ryan and Ashley Derr; brother of Carol D. Watson and Myrna D. Bulna.

The family will welcome friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at , Inc., 388 Center Avenue in West View. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Luke's Ev. Lutheran Church. Please meet at the church. Interment will follow in Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center, OH.
