Fire Marshal: Lightning Shut Down Red Lobster Restaurant in Ross
After a night of electrical repairs, the restaurant is open for business.
Electricians worked overnight to repair the damage caused by lightning Wednesday evening at the Red Lobster Restaurant at 4766 McKnight Road in Ross Township.
"There's no doubt lightning caused this," said Ross Fire Marshal John Reubi. "Three of the restaurant's electrical panels were fried by the power surge."

Duquesne Light crews cut power to the building until repairs could be made.
The restaurant was ready to open again at 11 a.m. Thursday morning.
