Fourth of July 2013: What's Open, What's Closed in Ross and West View
Here's some useful information on what you can and cannot do on the upcoming holiday
What's Closed
Ross Township offices and the Ross Municipal Center will be closed Thursday, July 4, as well Northland Public Library .
State offices, state liquor stores, and Pennsylvania drivers' license and photo centers will be closed.
Allegheny county offices and courts will be closed, along with federal offices and courthouses.

The Port Authority of Allegheny County will operate all bus, light-rail and incline service on a holiday schedule during the Fourth of July.
