HOV Lanes Reopening Delayed
PennDOT announced the anticipated reopening of the HOV lanes in both directions has not occurred as scheduled.
UPDATE, 7:40 a.m.: PennDOT reports the lanes are open for inbound traffic.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Due to a technical issue there is a delay in opening the HOV lanes this morning, PennDOT announced.
It is not clear whether the lanes will open for inbound traffic this morning for the first time in 17 months.
